30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached and packaging intact.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Seasonal items purchased after December 15th
  • Sale items or clearance merchandise
  • Gift cards
  • Food items or perishable goods

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization
  2. Complete the return form included with your shipment
  3. Pack items securely in the original packaging
  4. Include all original documents and tags
  5. Affix the prepaid return label to the package

Return Shipping
We provide prepaid return labels for all returns within the United States. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following our standard return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item on our website
  3. Contact customer service for assistance with price adjustments

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Holiday Return Policy
For purchases made during the holiday season (November 1st – December 31st), we extend our return period until January 31st of the following year.

Return Status

Store Credit
If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method. Store credit never expires and can be used for future purchases on our website.

International Returns

  • Ensuring the package is properly declared for return

Return Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse may be denied a refund or subject to a restocking fee.

Final Sale Items
All items marked “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes clearance items and special promotion products.

Gift Returns
Items received as gifts may be returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery. The credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card.

Restocking Fees

Seasonal and holiday items must be returned before January 31st of the following year. After this date, seasonal items can only be returned if defective.
